We found vintage hat buttons and they are adorable! Reminiscent of a traditional tyrolean Bavarian hat, they date to around the 1940s/50s and have a great weight to them, similar to that of bakelite. 

Each hat is adorned with a raised relief of flowers and cherries. We love the idea of turning these into pin badges.
